iPods are great, but they don’t always work 100% of the time. We have a wide variety of replacement parts available for sale on our website if you want to fix your device yourself, however if you’re unsure or would rather not try we are here for you!

Which iPods/faults do you repair?

We perform all repairs and upgrades on all models of iPods, new or old at very competitive prices with fast turnaround times meaning you won’t be without your iPod for long.

What if you can’t fix my iPod?

No fix, no fee! If a repair is not possible you don’t pay for it.

How long will the repairs take?

Most repairs are completed within 5 working days, we will give you an estimated repair time when we give you a quote. We can also offer an express service if you are in a rush.

Do your repairs come with any warranty?

All work is guaranteed for 6 months (180 days) from the day you receive it back, if you have any issues within that time with the repair we performed, just get in contact with us and send the device back, we will fix it free of charge!

Do you only perform repairs for customers in the UK?

No! We accept devices from anywhere in the world.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal, Debit/Credit card (online), Bank transfer, Cheque (cleared).

Why should I trust you?

We are a fully registered limited company based in the UK, our technicians are insured and each have several years experience in the electronics repair field. We aren’t going to steal your broken iPod, we just want to fix it for you!

How do I organise a repair?

  1. Just contact us, let us know what model iPod you have and what’s wrong with it.
  2. We will quote you a price or ask you to send it to us for an accurate diagnosis before  quoting.
  3. If you want the work completing, just tell us. All our quotes are valid for 30 days so there’s no rush to decide.
  4. When we have repaired your device and finished testing it, we will request payment from you.
  5. Once payment has been received we will send your iPod back to you with a tracking number the same or next working day!
