Where is your company based?
Our company is based in the UK, currently operating from Manchester (England).
Do you only sell to UK customers?
No! Our website is based in the UK and primarily aimed at UK businesses and individuals, however, we ship globally and have happy customers from all over the world, shipping within Europe is £10, outside Europe is £12.
Please note, we are unable to ship batteries to destinations outside of the UK.
Can I collect my order in person?
Currently we are operating as a mail order service only.
When will an item be back in stock?
If an item you need is currently out of stock, let us know and we will tell you when it will be back, we might even be able to find one for you sooner!
Can you repair my iPod for me?
Yes! We fix any and every iPod, see our repair page for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept payment via Debit or Credit card online (processed by Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Bank transfer or Cheque (payable to Fractal Sales Ltd). All payments must clear before we dispatch your goods.
How much does postage cost?
Standard postage is free on all UK orders, we also offer priority, express and international services. More information is available on our postage page.

If you’re unsure about compatibility with your device or which part you need then contact us and we will be happy to confirm for you.
Can you mod my iPod?
We do perform non-standard modifications and offer custom services for buyers. You can read more about some of our custom housings or contact us to talk about an idea you have.
Will I be able to repair my device?
Most iPods aren’t too difficult to fix, it all depends on your level of skill and ability really, before buying the parts we suggest you look at some repair guides and watch some repair videos to decide if you’re comfortable performing the repair yourself, we are not responsible for any damage or harm you cause when attempting a repair. If you’re unsure you can always send your iPod to us and we will repair it for you.
