Whilst we offer free diagnosis for any faults you are encountering with your device, we also offer two additional levels of service options for your iPod;.

To help you understand the condition and potential for any future issues we offer a condition report which involves the complete disassembly of your device with written reporting and photographs showing the internal condition and results of all component testing.

For greater peace of mind, we recommend using the more complete service option, with includes the condition report above but also removes and cleans key internal components and connections, ensuring the device is free of dust and corrosion whilst also inspecting and replacing internal screws as required.
